Fantastic experience: What's not to love about this place? Total old school, hard core gym with a great atmosphere. We were a drop in and for $2, we got an amazing workout. Super fun. Would totally have a membership here if we lived in the area.

Fantastic experience: Weight room is all machines with dumbbells that go up to 40 lbs, and a cable cross, so it's not the best for major body building but it has everything thing you need for a full body workout. Lap pool is nice with more than enough lanes, good temperature on the water. Racquet ball and basketball courts that are well kept. Water refill in the main hall. All the machines worked. Locker room is nice but has community showers in the men's. Not sure about the women's. Group workouts available too. Overall good prices for day pass and memberships. Only yearly memberships though, no monthly. Would recommend.
