Fantastic experience: I love the high intensity work out! I sweat so much and burn more calories in 30 minutes then when I was walking for an hour.
Fantastic experience: I did 6-weeks challenge here. I enjoyed the work-out. It has a very dedicated staff, flexible timings, tailored exercise and personal attention. I lost 21 pounds in 6 weeks. Carlos is a great trainer with abundant knowledge in his area, which helped me to achieve my target. I would strongly recommend this place to others.
