Flagship - Upper Market

Fantastic experience: Been living for San Francisco for almost a year and never felt like I had an awesome community until meeting everyone at Flagship SF! The people are amazing and the workouts push you without being overly aggressive. The coaches do a great job of adjusting the workout to fit everyone's needs.

Fantastic experience: Flagship has really proved itself. I was looking for a gym when I moved into the city and didn't like the first 2 I joined. Flagship however has been amazing. It has truly transformed my routine. I've loved the classes; the coaches are mega, really helpful and always take the time to show or guide you with the exercises; the facilities are great, top notch and everybody takes the time to disinfect everything. I didn't know I liked XFit but I see I've found myself a new hobby. Only bummer is that its a bit pricey. However, very worth it so far.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have each belonged to a few different gyms as well as workout groups. We are now starting our 3rd week with Flagship and are already seeing great results. We LOVE the instructors who understand this is our first time doing this type of workout and are always willing to guide us and correct our techniques. Each class/week are different and kick our butts. We love that you really only compete against yourself and each week are wanting to push yourself that much harder. Every level is welcomed. We look forward to many more workouts with Flagship and the great results ahead.

Fantastic experience: Great experience all around. Knowledgeable coaches, great members, and top notch facilities. The upper market location an awesome space, lots of rig space, very open, and tons of light. There is also space to workout outside. The FiDi location is also a great option. Would highly recommend Flagship to anyone looking for a gym.
