Fantastic experience: David provided an amazing gym experience! I was home for the summer as a college student and was looking for a gym I could train at to start healthier habits. The prices are great for everything that you get. I had very little experience in the gym and David was super helpful in getting me acquainted with the equipment, making sure I was using the correct form, helping me set goals/giving advice, and was a strong motivator! All the classes are super fun and I always felt great afterward! They were also small which meant David could focus on each individual in one session. You can tell he’s really passionate about his work and cares about all his clients. This experience did so much for my mental and physical health and was unlike any other gym I’ve been to. I will definitely be going back and telling all my friends about my experience here!

If you want to push yourself, he makes sure to challenge and guide you. If you're just beginning, he provides easier alternatives and lets you take it at your own pace. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! Everything in side looks very clean and organized - It seems like they recently opened, and therefore, I decided to give it a shot! David was very helpful and knowledgeable of what he is doing, and gave me great instructions on what will be the best exercises if I want to get in shape as soon as possible. Also, I got 20% discount for just checking in online. I guess I found my new gym spot.
