At CrossFit Novato, our aim is to help you gain control of your life through health and fitness. We will create a personalized fitness program for you based on your initial assessment, objectives, and movement screening. We recognize that everyone is unique, and therefore we strive to develop the most effective plan for you to reach your goals.

I am very pleased with the progress I have made in my physical fitness, especially in terms of mobility and strength. Coach Leila gave me exercises that helped me to develop all parts of my body, rather than just focusing on one area (like my arms). The CFN facility has a wide variety of equipment for both beginners and experts, and the atmosphere is open and airy. During my training sessions, I noticed how the coaches at CFN were providing guidance and motivation to their clients, which was definitely true of my experience with Coach Leila. She exceeded my expectations in many ways, teaching me the correct conditioning techniques and pushing me to improve my strength and endurance. She did all this with a very friendly and encouraging attitude.

I look forward to my yearly trips to both the Pacheco Valley and downtown Novato, where my daughter resides. The coaches are outstanding and the members are incredibly hospitable. I take pleasure in enduring the pain of the workouts with them.
