Fantastic experience: O3 is fantastic. I have tried a lot of different gyms and fitness programs and O3 is one of my favorites. Particularly, I have enjoyed: - The Facility: Is clean and they have all the right equipment. - The Coaching: Danny puts together great programming for the gym. I have noticed gains quickly. The coaches are very knowledgable and attentive to ensure that exercises are done with good form and suit your individual fitness level. - The Community: People are friendly and supportive. Expect to be cheered on as you cross the finish line. I would highly recommend this CrossFit gym to anyone looking for a great workout.

Fantastic experience: The space and equipment is great. The coaches pay close attention to athletes. You don't get lost in the crowd. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
