Positive experience: It's a great small town gym. It has just about everything you need. I've been going for years now. But in the past year or so it has become way too busy. The only way to get your workout in is to go in extremely early. They need to expand and grow to handle all the new members.

Fantastic experience: I have loved going to Total Fitness! The price is fair, the space is open and there are a lot of free weights and machines. It is always clean and everyone is respectful. They also provide classes and training. If you live in the Salem/Payson area, or even Spanish Fork this is the place to work out!
