Fantastic experience: I went here on a field trip with my high school weights class. Becky, the owner, treated us no different than she would have adults. I walked out of the building feeling energized and motivated to build more muscle. Shes an amazing trainer! Does all of the same workouts at the same time as you and helps you constructively if she thinks you can do better. I would 100% go back. No complaints.

Fantastic experience: Becky is an amazing trainer. I have trained under her for a few years and I always leave her class feeling like I have given it my all. She is very good at what she does. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone trying to achieve goals of greatness. You wont be disappointed!
