Lift-STL

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with super helpful and friendly staff—the equipment is kept in good condition and there is plenty of it to go around. I’ve been a member on-and-off for the last two years, and will continue coming back when I need a gym!

Fantastic experience: My gf and I just joined and couldn't be happier. We're no experts, but pretty sure they have the best equipment money can buy. At the same tim, I've never seen this place crowded and the vibe is very collegial and not intimidating.

Fantastic experience: Lift STL is by far the best gym I have been to! Eric is very knowledgeable and truly cares about each client/members individual goals. Staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. They have top notch equipment that you won’t find at other gyms. If you are looking for a new gym to call home I highly suggest Lift STL!

Fantastic experience: Pretty good gym. Excellent location, easy to park. I understand it called "Lift" STL, but if it come with more isolation training equipments. It will better.

Fantastic experience: Small gym atmosphere. Not too crowded, but as they grow they will need to find a bigger space. The equipment is well maintained and kept tidy. The gym is located in a good spot with ample parking. Definitely a lifting spot as it only has two traditional treadmills. It is 24/7 though as a member and that is very nice.
