Fantastic experience: I have been attending classes at Yoga Life for a few months now, and it has been an absolute delight. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted (by name) to a warm and loving environment that is just absolutely condusive to reaching a higher plane of consciousness. All of the instructors are incredibly kind and intelligent (both emotionally and intellectually). And they help guide you towards moving past your own limitations. If you give yourself fully to the practice, you will feel the weights of life becoming more and more bearable each and every day. Thank you, Yoga Life Studio!
