Maddog 5/1, Revolutionary Fitness

Fantastic experience: Ive loved the classes so far. I think signing up for a plan has really forced me to make sure I regularly go and get results. Im usually the only guy in classes, which Im surprised because its really good stuff for anyone. So far so great!

Fantastic experience: Maddog 5/1 was the best decision I’ve made since I moved to Saint Joe! The variety of classes and the exceptional trainers make it an easy decision to keep coming back for more. It’s great for relieving stress, having fun, and feeling healthy and fit ???????? All of the trainers make you feel at home and keep the workouts new and challenging. I recently went to Yosemite National Park and was able to do hard rated hikes easier than in the past and I know Maddog 5/1 had a big part in that! Maddog goes above and beyond for her gym family.. 10/10 recommend!
