Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Peak Physique for 5+ years, and it has been such a positive influence to my life. All of the coaches are excellent, and take a personal interest in your fitness and health journey. The coaches do an excellent job at programming fun and challenging workouts, and create an awesome atmosphere while leading the workouts. The other members of Peak have become like family, which makes the Peak experience even better.
