Serenity Pilates

Fantastic experience: I am more than satisfied with the results achieved in my year and a half as a client of Serenity Pilates and Jennifer Adolfs. Prior to working with Jennifer I required regular medical visits with my chiropractor and occasional prescription drugs to alleviate severe lower back disc pain. I am now free of back pain through my regular weekly workouts on the Pilates Reformer equipment with Jennifer, which I plan on continuing into the future. Jennifer closely monitors my workouts to make sure I am always activating the proper muscle groups. I’ve achieved better balance, mobility, strength, improved my core. Thank you, Serenity Pilates.

Fantastic experience: Serenity Pilates is a spacious studio, very professionally run, with great equipment in three separate rooms. All of the instructors are friendly and caring, tailoring workouts to individual abilities and needs. I started with Jennifer almost 11 years ago in private sessions. She has rehabbed me after 4 orthopedic surgeries. No matter my pain level when I arrive, I always feel so much better after she works with me. Thank you, Jennifer. Unbelievably I’m back to golf.
