Fantastic experience: Clean, Well Equipped and family owned by a life long lover of fitness..... you couldn't ask for more! I have used a personal trainer for years and am very very picky about where I work out. I found the gym in the renovated downtown building by chance and was glad I did. This gym takes it to a new level with all new equipment and a positive attitude... especially considering its in North East Michigan in a smaller metro area. It's EASILY the best gym in Saginaw. There are two sections for training with heavy weights and another lower level for cardio and machines all brand new. Thus if you aren't into heavy weights so much you aren't mingling with the folks who are grunting as they push new limits and if you are into free weights then you aren't trying to pump it up next to tread mills and dance music. They told me they are planning to add classes and so forth as they expand. It's worth a shot if you are traveling for a short pass or to look at changing gyms. Thank for for being passionate about fitness 120.... you did it right!!!

Fantastic experience: I recommend 120 Fitness, it's very clean, and nice. They have a lot of really nice, good quality equipment and it's all brand new! The owners and staff are very welcoming and helpful on how to use the equipment and they even showed me some great exercises to do! They even offer great personal training if you want to maximize your training potential!
