Fantastic experience: JD3 is a great gym with all the equipment you need plus it's never crowded so you won't be waiting around to use any machines or equipment.

Fantastic experience: Telling people this is an awesome gym does not do it justice. The owners are fantastic down to earth people that are very supportive of people from all walks of life. More than enough equipment and free weights to accomplish your goals. They recently setup a thermal sauna which works great. A very supportive staff and I highly recommend this gym if you're in the area.
