Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a few days from out of town and really enjoyed Crossfit Envy. Great communication via email from the start. Felt very welcome and the workouts and coaching were on point. Thankd for having me CrossFit Envy/Matt. I'll be back when I am in town again.

Fantastic experience: I joined earlier this year in May after trying out a few other gyms in the area. Matt is super knowledgeable and programs great workouts! I appreciate how much he cares about keeping everyone safe and the improvements to my lifts he has helped with. The 4:30pm crew is awesome- come join us!

Fantastic experience: Always great! The people are awesome! The coaches are really good! Matt’s programming is arguably the best CrossFit style in the area and he even posts it online for everyone to see!
