Fantastic experience: This place is pretty cool. The community is fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. A couple members and coaches host/organize a few weekly community events (like Ultimate frisbee on weekends, and sometimes pickle ball). Lots of active people, there are a few groups go mountain biking and snowboarding regularly and also some that play disc golf or go swimming on occasion. Either way everyone is very welcoming, if you decide to check it out, good luck not getting roped into the crew.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great coaches, and great members! I dropped in 3 days while in town for a conference and it felt like home. Being fairly new to Crossfit, I still need (and want) coaching tips on the lifts. Blair and Caleb both provided excellent tips and instruction. I look forward to going back next time I'm in Sacramento. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches and a very tight community that will welcome you with open arms. The workouts are well designed. I love that they offer a barbell class twice a week and a gymnastics class once a week. They add all the elements every week, workouts are never repetitive and you will always get to practice all the movements that are known to the Crossfit community. Amazing place to achieve your fitness goals. Also, they have nutrition coaches that will help you on your journey. Look no further, this is the gym for you.
