Fantastic experience: Dropped into CrossFit Sacramento on a road trip from Florida to Washington. The owner was super friendly and let me stay after class to work on some lifts. The gym is large and has nice, new, and clean equipment. And the coach was super knowledgeable. Definitely would suggest coming here if you’re in town!

Fantastic experience: Great and welcoming environment. Never a dull moment with this fast paced setting. Teamwork is encouraged for certain exercises and is beneficial.

Fantastic experience: This place rocks! They offer amazing crossfit training and sports specific training. The trainers there are strict but they totally care! The equipment there is great and always sanitized. My team trains there and we love it there.

Fantastic experience: This is the best of its kind - with variety, appropriate workout types, and the new indoor cycling program - Heart Zones RED, red zone rides. I love CrossFit Sacramento - and I have been in hundreds of clubs around the nation.
