Fantastic experience: This is the first time I’ve used a personal trainer and Ricky really knows his stuff. He is attentive and really makes sure the form you’re using is correct so you don’t over exert or hurt your body. I’ve gotten amazing results and a breakdown of what I should be eating and what I should avoid. This gym has everything I need and I always leave feeling accomplished, focused, and fit!
Fantastic experience: Fitspire Fitness provides individual training that is specifically tailored to their clients. Ricky is positive and very knowledgeable with an emphasis on safety. The gym itself is well stocked with quality equipment and kept exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Ricky and Fitspire for all your personal training needs.
