THE STUDIO Martial Arts and Fitness

Fantastic experience: I do the kickboxing classes here and it’s the best fitness/boxing class I’ve taken. Cardio, weights, and a good amount of boxing on a bag. We always do something different too so it keeps it interesting. Highly recommend this class and Studio!!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love The Studio and all of the staff there. It is clear they have a genuine love for what they do and a strong desire to see children (and adults) succeed in the sport and discipline of taekwondo. I am so thrilled with everything my son has learned in just a few short months there and he has an absolute blast at every class. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our family has been a part of The studio for many many years. Currently my daughter and granddaughter attend classes. I would tell anyone how much this has changed their lives. It’s more than just classes. It is about encouragement and learning self esteem, protecting yourself and being a better person. It’s teaching my granddaughter she can achieve anything she sets her mind to and will help her be all that she can be. Amitis teaches this, it’s a passion of hers and it shows through her instructors as well. It is a great environment and I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have 3 kids that train at the studio! They started as tiny tigers and now my oldest is getting ready to test for his black belt! I cant say enough about The Studio! Their teachers, staff, and overall experience throughout all our years has been nothing short of amazing! They keep kids interest in every class, teach them valuable lessons and instill core values all while doing a wonderful sport. The studio is more of a family place than a business. The activities, adult classes, ninja classes, workshops, etc are all an added bonus! Oh and it’s one of the cleanest studios I’ve ever seen or smelled! You can’t go wrong attending or referring people to this place! It’s an asset in our community. Thank you Master P for creating such a dynamic place for adults and kids to be physically and mentally healthy!

Fantastic experience: Master P, A had a rock solid comeback in school and is back in high honors this semester. One of the major reasons without doubt has been The Studio. She depended on her classes and leadership to get rid of the stresses of last year. She loves teaching Tiny Tigers and wants to continue helping that class whenever the time permits. She has found friendships for the first time outside of school which has helped her confidence. Please thank all the teachers and masters for shaping our kids. I’m seeing a child evolve in real time and it is very gratifying. A grateful parent
