The YMCA of Douglas County

Fantastic experience: I just love this place! I started my membership in 89. I started volunteering here at 12. Stephanie Robert's Mike Getz Mike the athletic director. They're all fine now but that place is still home away from home. Now with the pool redone! This place is crazy cool. 3 full court basketball courts used for skating rink kids tumble events, pickle ball. Spin rooms yoga rooms racketball. Day care. New sauna and hot Tubbs (only one is currently working). I have cancer and want able to go for an entire month. I called in and they forgave my membership fee for the entire month. That's just crazy guys business unheard of in these days. I love this place and recommend to all get your family in here!

Fantastic experience: We love the YMCA of Roseburg so far. Nice people and a warm and welcoming environment for kids and adults. This is my sons second full day participating in the Youth Space program for teens , and we are very happy with the people we have met. They have went out of their way to help Zach feel comfortable and also have been very kind and generous to me, his mother, while he gets used to being here by himself. The staff of the YMCA are great as well and have also been very kind to us both.. We are very happy so far and will update this review as needed. Lots of classes and activities are possible here from structured classes to free time on exercise machines or swimming. We are exited for the possibilities this brings us. Happy to be a part of this YMCA.

Fantastic experience: Love the play gym! They have provided the only indoor playground in the area and my kids love it. They use the whole basketball court area so there's a lot of room for kids to run and play.

Fantastic experience: A great place for families, and people of all ages as well with or without families. Plentiful recreation, including basketball, Foosball, racketball, and video games. Great coffee selection, sauna, fun water slide and pool, individual swimmer lanes, and a luxurious sauna. This is the premier gym of Douglas County as well.

Fantastic experience: I experienced basketball there. Great place for a fun time for children. All ages can find something they like. Doesn't matter who. Girls,boys will play together trying all the different types of moves taught by the coaches. They learn the basics & how to follow instructions. Great hand eye reflex. Parents can put away technology for just a little while & view the important stuff. The kids....
