Fantastic experience: ROCO fitness and the people who work here helped change my life and took my ability to create positive progress in my life to a new level. I had an initial resistance to the gym, but the people and processes here flipped my option and now I can't imagine not coming here to work out regularly. Specifically, my personal training with Dominic has been such a blast. I'm down 70 pounds in 6 months with ROCO Fitness and my trainer Dominic. What personal records will you set this year? I recommend this gym to people young and old and specifically if you're a military veteran. You will find another home here and I'm sure that's a part of the mission here.

Positive experience: Highly disappointed. They have been open for over a year now. The building is in complete disarray. The equipment is at least 30 years old, some were unusable. They have 2 cable crossovers and one you cannot stretch out your arms complete, plus they are way to close to the mirror. They should get ride of some equipment that don't use and thin things out.. it's way to cluttered. This is to bad as I like the owners but I have to be honest
