Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Rapid Boot Camp since they opened. I like the 30 minute workouts and the small family atmosphere. The 30 day detox has really made me eat better and exercise. I met a few girls in my morning class and we challenge each other at every class and held each other accountable. Fantastic experience: I'm super hard to motivate and have gone through so many gyms and their classes (Crunch/CalFit/Lifetime/OrangeTheory). But it wasn't until I joined Rapid Boot Camp did I find the encouragement and motivation that got me to get my arse up at 6am in the morning to get in shape. In just two weeks I saw defined muscle tone, more energy, and overall healthy and happy lifestyle. Their coaches (especially Coach Matt!) are on top of it when it comes to pointing out incorrect forms to prevent injuries and to maximize your workout, even with modifications. To top it off, their foam rolling class is a LIFE SAVER!!!!! Helped a lot with my pinched shoulders and muscle spasms. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: You get a great work out in a short amount of time. The trainers are right there to push you along & make sure your form is correct.
