Fantastic experience: F45 Training Rocklin is perfect for me as a busy mom— walk in- work hard (like super hard), get that much needed mental and physical break- walk out —IN LESS THAN AN HOUR…. I even have time to grab a drink to enjoy on my way home and still be home in an hour! Not to mention- -Great location - Friendly atmosphere - Excellent trainers - Killer workouts that are easy to follow and diverse enough to keep me challenged. A definite win win win win!!

Fantastic experience: Getting back into fitness can be very challenging and nerve wrecking because you will have bad form or a mentality that people are always watching and might make fun. I walked in to f45 on a random Tuesday weighing 215 lbs for my 1 week trial. I was ashamed to see myself struggling and not even making through the workout. I felt like a complete loser. But all the members and coaches are always pushing you towards success. They will teach you the correct form if you are doing it wrong, other members will encourage you while you are having a hard time, and ultimately you will grow over time. F45 has played a huge role in my fitness journey. I now weight 188 lbs, fitter than before and barely miss a day. I would recommend F45 to anyone without any second thoughts. This place only has positive vibes that sets you up for success. Gym toxicity? What’s that? Watch me get my six pack this year! Thanks F45 ????????

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed the training along with the coaching. The class is 45 minutes and it goes by so fast as we never stop training during that time, its great.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. A friend invited me and I really wasn't expecting on joining but my has that changed. I'm pretty new still but I've already invited my first friend I was in a rut. I used to really enjoy early morning workouts. But fell off that routine and was having the toughest time getting back it. But at F45 they make it so easy and convenient. They've got all the workouts set. They show you how to do them in person, verbally and then on a screen as you are doing them in case you forget! The instructors are all very sweet, warm, welcoming and attentive. I love the group element. It really helps knowing you aren't the only one waking up and working out at 5 or 6 am. It isn't cheap but, for me, the cost has been worth it. I am already walking around feeling healthier and stronger!
