Workout Anytime Rock Hill

Fantastic experience: Hello, being a member of the gym I believe that the janitor is a very sweet lady and works incredibly hard to keep the gym in order. The gym IS NOT dirty, maybe if you stayed for a few more minutes after her helping another member you would of been able to see the wonders she does for the gym. She cleans the bathrooms including the machines and worst of all, she has to also pick up after those who do not put back weights and dumbbells after being used, she works hard and takes care of the gym like she owns it. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a not so crowded gym that actually stays open for 24 hours, and I found that and more at workout anytime! I met with the personal trainer, Will, during the free success session that they include with every membership and was very impressed. He was interested in my goals and we focused on all aspects of daily life and worked on ways to reach my fitness goals into my busy schedule! I had my first training session with him and I am more than motivated and excited to continue my fitness journey! Very flexible training schedule!
