Fantastic experience: Love love love this gym!!! So encouraging and motivating!! The people really make this gym so welcoming. I was struggling to stay motivated at previous gyms but coming here really helped me get back in the game. I encourage anyone who wants to get fit to start at this gym!!!
Fantastic experience: Owner is incredible and the community is amazing. A+ training center. It is easy to get to just off 12300. Personal training and group classes are available. They are all about helping you stay fit for life. Definitely recommend checking them out!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this gym! Laree and her team take great pride is ensuring that every workout is a positive experience. Every class is unique and challenging and the trainers are always helpful with correcting form and providing positive encouragement. I've been coming to stay Fiit for 3 months and have already made so much improvement in strength and overall health.
Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I love that it is in a class setting and the trainer is there to help everyone with form and encouragement. The workouts alternate each day. Upper body strength, lower body strength, upper and lower hiit days, and full body. There is something here for every level. The atmosphere is great! Members help and encourage each other.
Fantastic experience: This gym has it all! It’s not at all intimidating working with weights. In fact, it’s a total education on how to lift. It’s high energy with science backed exercises but with out the crazy constant cardio. They have Great personal trainers who are motivating, positive and make sure you’re doing everything correctly and not hurting yourself. It’s a place for both beginners and serious lifters. Not only that but the gym also offers challenges, personal nutrition and personal training. But what I love most about are the people or sense of community you get from group training. I totally recommend you try it out.
