Fantastic experience: I love it the individual attention here and they are so encouraging. There are 4 machines and they stand with you to make sure you are using proper form for the best results. Each machine shows your previous score, your best score, and what you did that day ...and it makes you strive to do better. They optional hydromassage at the end is very relaxing. I believe in the system and wish I had started when I was younger!
