Fantastic experience: I was brand new to CrossFit and I felt so supported to complete class and add weight safely! I have so much fun here. Yes, there really are people who show up for 5am WOD!

Fantastic experience: What can be said about RCF that hasn’t been already?? RCF is not only an amazing facility that’s always well kept and in good condition, but the culture is so inviting and the coaches are awesome. I highly recommend RCF to be your gym of choice!
