Fantastic experience: Great Staff. Always clean. All the Coaches are very knowledgeable in martial arts inspired strength and conditioning. All the coaches are very patient in teaching proper techniques to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at the UFC gym for about 2 yrs. There is no other gym like it in Reno, they offer classes and with your membership you get to use everything in the gym. This gym is one of my social activities, the other members are welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The kickboxing/boxing class Tyler teaches at UFC gym is amazing. He works really well with all types of levels of training. If you are brand new don’t worry Tyler got you! Definitely get a good sweat on. I average burning 400-600 calories from what my Apple Watch tells me when I record the workout so definitely great cardio!
