Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different cross fit gyms in my day... never really stuck with it. Thought maybe it just wasn’t for me. I came across central Oregon cross fit, instantly made a new group of friends that I felt COMFORTABLE around, which is huge for me. Everyone works at their own pace, with no judgment, just rooting each other on! I love the community of people Kelsey has brought together! Every time I show up to class, Kelsey challenges me to do my very best, and pushes me to better! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to try out CrossFit, or is looking for a new gym!
