Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome, if you need an actual massage therapist, you will not find better in Raleigh. Knowledgeable, nice and the first one to actually address the underlying issues causing my problem. Of I could give more than five stars I would!

Fantastic experience: As someone with minor CrossFit experience, not in "ideal" physical fitness and nervous about a gym / box setting, I've enjoyed my experience thus far. The coaches I've interacted with are helpful and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: I was in town visiting friends and was able to squeeze in a workout. SO GLAD I CHOSE INVOKE! The coaches were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Great energy in this community. Can't recommend this gym enough. I will visit again when I return to town.
