Fantastic experience: Have not been to this place, but after saying “Good Morning!” when seeing the owner/employee outside, he growled “was this your car sitting here for three days straight? We have customers pal”. The street is multi use public parking and I was in Boston for the weekend so it was not my car. I would have given one star, and I have no received training here, but that interaction was cause for concern.
