We understand that it can be daunting to start a new fitness journey, but don't worry - we're here to make it as easy as possible for you. Our trainers are passionate and knowledgeable, and they'll help you know what to do and stay on track. They'll also celebrate with you every time you reach a new level! We don't believe in quick fixes or gimmicks - we're more interested in your long-term success.

You need to be patient when working towards a goal, as results will not happen immediately. However, if you are consistent with your efforts, you will eventually see results. For beginners, results usually come relatively quickly, often within 30 days.

We enjoy organizing our classes into small groups. This allows you to get to know other students who might share your interests!

If you are starting at a low level of fitness, it is realistic to take 2-4 classes per week. Your body may need some time to adjust to training at that level of intensity, so you may need more recovery time between training days at first. After a few months, you can gradually start working your way up to training 5 days per week.

Our fitness program is designed to help you get in shape, no matter what your current fitness level is. As you become fitter, the workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you closer to your goals. The program is scalable, so it can be used by anyone, regardless of their experience.

Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Make sure to enjoy special indulgences and meals every once in a while, but make sure it is manageable and realistic so you can stick to it long-term. The healthier you eat, the more likely you are to want to continue eating healthy as you will feel better overall. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.

Fantastic experience: My first experience at a CrossFit gym, but wouldn't ever consider going to any other box. I've just hit the one year mark and cannot believe how fast it has gone by. Coach Phil and Cheryl are some of the nicest and most motivating people I've ever met. I've worked pretty hard and attribute it to their constant push to better myself. All the regulars feel like my closest friends and family at this point. Look forward to many more years here.

Fantastic experience: Coach Phil was able to work with me even after a bad car accident and broken bones. He made the workout accessible and I felt amazing after knowing what I was capable of. The gym is clean and well equipped. Everyone was so welcoming. This is for all ages and levels. I was pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere and the one on one coaching. You wont be forced to do more than what your capable of. Love the fact that your not forces to work out more than what you can handle to prevent injury. Class sizes are great and I love being there for the 5am class. It sets my whole day up in the best most positive way possible!
