Professional world class instructor whos passion for what he does shows up everyday. I have already learned so much in a short time and coming to classes is literally thee highlight of my day.

Fantastic experience: My Son (9) loves the kids program at UFFA. The instructor (Flaviu) is very friendly and passionate about teaching his dynamic skills to Young kids. I would recommend UFFA if you are looking for martial art program for your kids.

Fantastic experience: Training with Kyle at the Fit Academy has been awesome. As a medium aged dad of two small humans that needs a few extra hours in the day, Kyle's workouts are fun, efficient and effective. I have tried to convince him to let us take a break mid-workout for nachos, but he is a real stickler for staying on task :).
