IPT Training Academy Fitness Gym - Houston Personal Trainer

Fantastic experience: I've never used a trainer before because I can normally keep myself in pretty good shape and motivated. But I'm 51 now and I hit a wall and needed some help. IPT training (Issac) was just what I needed. Issac kept me motivated and he worked around my hectic schedule. It was very challenging and I started my 90 day challenge at 216 pounds. At the end of the 90 days I was down to 180 pounds. I haven't felt so good in years. I HIGHLY recommend IPT TRAINING to anyone who's serious about getting in shape.
