Fantastic experience: Great experience. Kristen and the staff are very friendly and keep the place spotless and CLUTTER free. Great place to workout ????

Positive experience: Gym is clean, great hours with 24 hour access. The cardio equipment is not in good condition. The weight machines and free weight area is cramped. Not bad overall but needs improvement.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. They have everything you need and nothing that you don't. It's clean and orderly and the owners are absolute gems. Very happy to be a card carrying member at Thousand Islands Fitness Center again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I spent the week nearby at Swan Bay. I looked up local gyms and Thousand Island Fitness was very close and their website had a great breakdown of their rates, which is perfect for tourists. I enjoyed talking to the new owner who gave me a key card to come at anytime during the week. The atmosphere was great and unmatched compared to going to a bigger and busier gym like I usually go to. I look forward to coming back........hopefully soon!

Fantastic experience: So grateful this place was available while I was visiting Alexandria bay. Kristen was fantastic and met me on Sunday morning for a day pass. Made all the difference in my trip. Will definitely be back next visit
