Intentional Yoga: Opinions

5/5 (5 Opinions)

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and really cares for the yoga community. I love this studio!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The hot yoga is really exilerating. Instructors are top notch and many of them synchronize playlists with their sessions. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here on and off for years. I love the sense of belonging and feel so great after every practice. I am just one person, but I feel I have to voice my thoughts and urge the Intentional Yoga staff to comply with the 3 week restrictions on group exercise starting 11/18.

Fantastic experience: What a work out every time. The instructors are amazing at what they do. Great lesson. My brain feels level after each session.

Fantastic experience: I've been here about six weeks and love it. Friendly staff. Clean & comfortable. Most classes have plenty of room--only encountered one where I felt crowded. I appreciated the intro rate so I could experience if for a month without a costly commitment. I'm also glad it's not "Hot Yoga" but don't be fooled. You work & sweat--depending on which class you choose to attend. And there are many choices ranging from a peaceful Restorative session, to Gentle, Flow and beyond. What I really love about Joy Yoga is the instructors. I have many years of bad health club Yoga to undo. You know the kind...where the instructors practice in front of you but don't correct your postures or offer suggestions on how to help your particular body can accomplish the pose. These folks are (respectfully) hands on and help you do your best.
