F45 Training Willow Bend

Fantastic experience: F45 Willow bend location is great! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I’ve only been attending class for 2 months and have already made a lot friends. If you’re looking for a fun workout community that keeps you accountable and makes you want to show up, then I highly recommend trying this gym out!

All coaches are amazing at what they do and really make it feel like a community. If you want to have fun while getting fit and be a part of workout family, this place is for you.

Even when the class is full, they always make effort to give you feedback on your form. They are also super motivating. If you are looking for a gym with positive energy, this is the one. I am super happy with the location and look forward to many more sessions!
