Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable coaches that support and push you to achieve your best fitness. Started when I was 40 and am in the best shape of my life at 46 as a result. The community is amazing and extremely supportive and encouraging. Love that I found this little gem when I did!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start? I joined this gym about 10 months ago and in that time, I have lost 25 lbs (down to 140 lbs!) and have made huge gains in my fitness (my running and climbing have improved SO MUCH). Between the accessible class times, my private training sessions with the coaches, and their nutrition program, I have reached BEYOND the goals I had set when I first joined. The coaches are stellar, but even more incredible is the community. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive! Crossfit, much like any fitness program, is one where you certainly get out of it what you put into it. And Industrial Athletics has supported me with every step of that journey. Hands down, the easiest money I have ever invested.

Positive experience: I have been a member at a variety of fitness facilities over the years. What makes Industrial Athletics unique for me is that I feel like I am “training” and not only “working out”. At the other facilities I have been a member of my weaknesses were not addressed. At IA, they helped me find the weakness and work with me to improve it. The coaches are knowledgeable and approachable. They provide individual attention that has helped me work towards my specific goals. IA’s group classes includes programming for all levels from beginner at CrossFit to advanced athletes.

Industrial Athletics is a diverse community of members who celebrate all levels of fitness. Its coaching staff is second to none. Each and every coach is a champion for every member. The small class sizes allow the coaches to provide as much personal attention as a member wants. At the age of 55, I didn’t think CrossFit was for me. I was wrong. It was the perfect age to begin.
