Fantastic experience: MÜV actually knows the mechanics behind exercise, so your workout isn't just mindlessly doing the same thing over and over again, like all the other styles of fitness I've tried over the years. They don't only focus on building muscle, but also strength through the coordination and education of your body's movement. This type of fitness makes a bigger difference in daily life, not just in the mirror. Classes are fun too, as they switch things up and you don't get board.
