Fantastic experience: Been working out here for a while.This is a gym for working out and getting results. A man's gym old school no pizza parties or hurt feelings alarms at this one. No contracts and the price for what you get is the best in the state in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Pictures do not do it justice. Great gym if you actually want to build muscle and get strong. Good atmosphere to drive performance. Power rack and squat rack built to handle weight. Best gym in Alexandria.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for all types of lifters. I’m partial to the Old school equipment because it’s better quality but there’s plenty of machines there to, as well as outdoor equipment and a huge stretch room. Friendly environment and staff.

Fantastic experience: This place changed my life, and since Don & I built a relationship it’s been smooth sailing he’s taught me mostly everything I know about working out and sticking to his training methods I’ve seen a total change. I’m glad I walk thru those doors looking for a gym home the vibe is 10+ and everybody helps one another with their goals. I’d recommend this gym to anyone.
