Fantastic experience: Just finished my 2nd workout there today and I'm excited to go back tomorrow for more! The workouts pack a lot into one hour and feel very effective- I'm sore in places I never knew you could be sore in! The trainers are great at helping me figure out all the moves correctly and have been very encouraging! Looking forward to seeing my body change and getting stronger! ????
