Lifestart at Phoenix Plaza Fitness Center

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I joined Lifestart. It's a smaller gym which is nice when you are first getting started. The amenities are great, well maintained and I like the towel service.

Fantastic experience: My trainer was great; he's very knowledgeable in every way. On that day, he was a huge support to me because I just wanted to be sexier this year. The equipment is in good working order, and the people are polite to one another. It comes highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Best kept gym secret in Phx - Nicely hidden away from the masses. Friendly staff, clean facility, well maintained equipment, convenient. But the best part, it's not LA Fitness (crowded, smelly, wait lines, dirty locker rooms, etc). Towels and covered parking included. You can upgrade to private lockers and laundry service, but I just use the basic membership.
