Fantastic experience: CrossFit CSG was my wife and I’s first CrossFit gym, and we could not have been happier with our choice. There were many options in the area…but the energy, coaching styles, sense of community, and fun at CSG cannot be beat. By now, we have tried several other gyms across the country, and still put CSG at the top of the list!

Fantastic experience: In the last year at CrossFit CSG, I have increased my overall fitness hitting PRs for my deadlift, squat, and power clean lifts. The coaching staff is supportive and knowledgeable, and I walk away from every session with excellent feedback on how to increase the efficiency of each WOD's primary movements. Additionally, CrossFit CSG is not just a gym, it's also a community. Regular gym events provide opportunities to strengthen relationships outside of the workouts. Having recently moved to Georgia, Crossfit CSG has been integral to making Columbus home.
