Fantastic experience: This is my absolute favorite gym in all of Tampa bay. I absolute adore the instructors, the class pace, the routine. It’s a blast and the hour goes by super quick. My whole family came here on a vacation and I brought 7 of them with me, all of varying fitness strength. I come home sore after every class (in the best way!). Favorite classes are washboard Wednesday and megamuscle. Highly recommend Angela and Pam!!

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to start a class but was convinced to attend. I had Connor as my instructor and he knows exactly what he’s doing. This class was the best thing I have ever done for my body. It’s a workout you will feel afterwards but totally worth it! I even bought a pass for a class pack to go once a week! Check this place out, you won’t regret it in the slightest.
