Fantastic experience: This place is amazing for getting fit. I started a few weeks ago, and to be honest I got sore, and worn out, but have never felt better. If you are looking for a challenge, but want to do it safely, then look no further. They have a very well trained staff that take their time to show you how to properly do the movements they are asking of you. They have a ton of classes in 1 hour increments throughout the day, so it's super convenient for all kinds of schedules. They even have a ton of free weights and gym equipment to supplement the Crossfit classes that they center around. I plan to stick with them for a long time...oh yea, and the prices are way better than what you'd expect for all that's included. Seriously, check them out!
