They offer modifications for injuries or other needs. They truly want you to succeed in your fitness journey, whatever that may be for YOU. It is 30 minutes to put yourself first.

Fantastic experience: The Fit Body family is AMazing!! The only place where working out is FUN. 30 min sessions keep you on your toes, environment is positive, all welcomed with open arms. Coaches are energetic & inspiration to us all . I've been a member for 2 yrs and lost almost 60 lbs. Nutritionist available to talk food! So important to find what works for you & FBBC is what works!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the greatest! This is the best workout I have had in years! The program is only 30 min and it works out your whole body. I go 5x a week and I feel fantastic. The instructors are great, knowledgeable and encouraging. This is a must try!!!
