I mostly work out with Alan and Maria. They are not only great trainers but also great people. Super dedicated and helpful. Alan and Maria will make you feel comfortable on your very first day and make you feel you are part of the family. Moreover, they have many tips on what to eat and how to lose body fat. I could see improvements already in the first month regarding strength and endurance. The gym is super cozy and great for workout! I simply love the place and the people working there.
