Kings Point Crossfit

Fantastic experience: Great gym & even better people! Programming is one of the highlights. Most gyms I have been to seem to rush the class or cut portions of the workout to fit it within the class window. At Kings Point you truly get a full class workout giving you great bang for your buck!

Fantastic experience: I dropped into Kings Point CrossFit when I was in Orlando on business. It was only a few minutes from the hotel I was staying. Michael welcomed me as if I was a long time member. I went to the 6:00 AM class and it was awesome. The gym is relatively big but still feels familiar and intimate. Michael gave me really great advice and helped me improve my technique. Other gym members were nice and didn't seem to mind a stranger in their mist. If you're in the Orlando area, I highly recommend CrossFit Kings Point.
