Fantastic experience: Amanda is very knowledgeable & passionate fitness & nutrition. She does everything to make sure you reach whatever goals you set. Gym is always clean & tidy! She even has daycare on site, so you can work out even if you have little ones. She takes measurements & gives out meal plans. She makes working out fun with fun games built in like "Do you want to build a snowman".

Fantastic experience: Always such a great time! Amanda is very helpful and has an amazing attitude when it comes to helping. Childcare is always available when promised. Gym is clean, people are friendly & results are insane!! Well worth your time & your money. I'm glad to be a part of this family!

Fantastic experience: Amanda is an amazing exercise coach. Each morning she has planned a variety of exercises written on the whiteboard. You never know what she has planned for you each day . . So that builds excitement to come each day. Anybody can come because she has modifications for each person's level. If you sign-up, you will feel yourself getting stronger each day.
